Some devices in my home can’t find our WiFi on available networks list. I recently installed a nighthawk AX4 WiFi 6 router. I can find and connect to the internet on our phones, laptops, gaming devices, and tablets. However I cannot find or connect on our older smart TVs, printer, and our new security cameras that I’m trying to install. Any suggestions?

Try disabling wireless AX. Some of the older devices are struggling.
Disable the AX and then reboot the router. See if this works.
Current setup: CM2000-> RBKE963B-> Trendnet TEG-S380-> GS716T-> pi-hole
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80
1.4gig download/50mbps upload from Xfinity

Re: Devices can’t find WiFi router on available networks
Tried that to no avail. The network still doesn’t show up on some of my devices. Not sure why it wouldn’t show up on my brand new blink cameras. Haven’t had any luck with the help feature from NETGEAR either. That’s why I’m reaching out to the community.

Re: Devices can’t find WiFi router on available networks
I may have been too hasty. Rebooted the router again and waited awhile. Now the 2.4 GHz network shows up (never did before) and I can use that network to connect the old devices.
Thanks a lot!!
