Entering IPv6 DNS settings?

I'm trying to enter these DNS settings for cloudfare for IPv6.

• 2606:4700:4700::1111
• 2606:4700:4700::1001

However my netgear router AX12 has this and they don't seem to fit. I'm sure its just something I'm over looking but how should I enter those DNS settings into this format?

• 2606:4700:4700:0000:0000:0000:0000:1001
