Unsure if this is the right place to post but I'll ask anyway, I am thinking of purchasing the RAXE300 to use with my current setup, I have fixed wireless which is received by a dish on the roof, this goes to a POE/PSE box which has a LAN cable which goes into my current zyxel 3301-t0 router which was provided by the company quickline (The range is terrible) who installed my connection, I was wondering if I could replace the ZYXEL router with the RAXE300, it's PPPOE and i have the password and username, I have read in places that the router can't be used as a modem?
Would I have any issues with this or is there something I can do as an alternative, I really like the look of the RAXE300 and the features/range it has.
You'll need to contact the ISP to see if the RAXE router can replace the ISPs router. If there is a separate ISP modem or ONT, maybe possible. Again, something to ask the ISP. The RAXE is only a wifi router. No modem abilities here. Needs a ISP modem or ONT to interface with to get internet services from.

Despite the fact that us marked as SOLVED, I can't see that you have had a very thorough answer.
No, the RAXE300 can't act as a modem. But you already have one of those. What you need is a router that will work with that.
The zyxel 3301-t0 looks like it may be a modem/router.
If this connects you to the Internet, then you could see if it is possible to leave it in place and to add something else to give better wifi range.
Most of these wifi devices come with wifi chips that follow the wifi standards. Chucking out one source and dropping in something else may not get you very far.
If range is the issue, you may need something that replaces the router with a router + satellites Mesh system.
I see that Quickline "don’t recommend that you use your own router as we’ll be unable to support it or provide any automatic software upgrades that will improve your service".
They all say that, which doesn't help. BT does the same thing. They don't say "It woni't work."
In the case of BT I have persuaded my nasty Smart Hub 2 to work well with a decent Netgear MK93 Mesh system.
The easiest option would be to see if you can put the zyxel 3301-t0 into bridge (modem only) mode. Then connect a router to that.
BT doesn't allow bridge mode in the Smart Hub 2. So I had to go down another road. No need to worry about that until you get there.
