Guest Network extension
Hello
I currently have a AX12 - AX11000 Model RAX200.
I have a wireless 2.4ghz Guest Network enabled and working.
What I’d like to know/do is if I can extend that Guest Network outdoors by using a wired outdoor AP?
I’m assuming I’d need to add a switch that has a POE port for the external wired AP as my AX12 has no POE port?
Is it possible to have a wired external AP that’s dedicated as a Guest Network?
I appreciate any feedback, I might be in over my head.
Thanks
Bob

Re: Guest Network extension
Not possible with guest network. APs don't know about guests and the main router doesn't know if he's receiving something as "guest" or not
