How do you reply to Support with an open Support case # when out of Support coverage?
Anyone know how to get in contact with NetGear Support VIA EMAIL with an open Support Case # when not under formal support warrently?
I have about 5 emails from 5 different support people at NG for case #44155940 asking me to respond but none of my email responses go through - I just get the spinning wheel?
This support really sucks!!
