I'm unable to access the dashboard and I get access denied
This is an actual issue. We have multiple people with this issue. I have the exact same router. RX 54. Can we get an actual response that gives us something to do to fix this or can you guys fix whatever’s happening on your end because it clearly is an issue.

What issue is this?
Your message has popped out of the blue, with nothing before it to give us a clue.
What does "the dashboard" mean to you? Do you mean a web browser and the graphical user interface (GUI)? Or is it the Nighthawk App?
It was more widely used when the Netgear Genie was the bees knees.
Both get that label in Netgear speak.

That's not a Netgear model number I recognise. Do you mean RAX54S?
