Will the Netgear AX6 timestamp and record any internet failures or interrupts?

Re: Internet interrupts.
What model NH router are you referring too? RAX or RAXE?
I don't think NG reports any ISP outages. Rather may report a establish or re-establish of a connection on the WAN port.
Something you can try your self by enabling the logging, then disconnect the LAN cable from the router for 5 seconds then plug back in then review the logs to see what it reports.

If you mean Internet interruptions, it logs those events here.
Look for something like this:

Thanks to my hopeless Internet service provider (BT in the UK), I am all too familiar with those entries.
Not sure about your unnamed AX6, but I suspect that most Netgear routers do the same thing, My router is a Mesh WiFi 6 system that has to remain anonymous to protect the innocent.
