Is QOS Only For Traffic Between The Internet And My Devices?
Does QOS on my Netgear router apply only to traffic between my home network devices and the internet (via my cable modem)? Or does it also apply to traffic between my home devices via the router's WiFi?

QoS is at router level. But if you have a speedy connection, QoS should not be used. That is, if your speed is higher ~300 Mbps, QoS becomes mostly useless

Worse than that. It eats up your router's processing capacity and may slow down other activity.
Likewise, traffic metering and anything you don't really need to run.
At least, that is the case for older routers with lower specifications.
