Locked Out MK63
I just got this system yesterday. Was on with support for quite awhile getting firmware updated. I went into the app and could not sign in, it kept telling me my email was not valid. How do I fix this?

Try a factory reset and setup fron scratch on the MR with a wired PC and web browser first.
