NIGHTHAWK RAX120 not powering up

NIGHTHAWK RAX120 not powering up
my nighthawk RAX 120 is not powering up. Unplugging and plugging back in turning on and off the power switch and resetting have no effect. No LEDs light up. No network is created. It appears that there is power at the plug-in to the unit itself. I checked it with a voltmeter. So I don't think the power source is the problem. What can I do?

Did the on/off switch get broken?
There's not much you can do if you can't get it to power on at all.
If you're still within warranty, you can open a support case.
Click on "mynetgear" at the top, register an account and the device. from there you can check warranty/support.
