Below are my router settings. I am having issues with multiple devices (laptops, phones, tablets, tv, etc...) Speed test on the router shows fine. However on each device during video play there is always delay and slowness. With this wifi6 feature on this router it has been worse experience then previous brands. I have no idea what else to do. Please check the settings I have below and give me some direction as to what I can do get proper speed on my home network. It has been a terrible experience with this router. 

Yes firmware is up to date. I have tested with default settings as well. Its not the provider because my older router works fine when we switch it back.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 or 149 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

What happens if Smart Connect and MIMO are enabled? 

Is Armor, SPC or Traffic Meter enabled?

I did the firmware update just few days ago. So it’s up to speed. Although it doesn’t tell me the latest version number but when I check for latest version it says it’s up to date.

Armor, SPC or Traffic Meter Are not enabled. Mimo didn’t work too well but I will test this out and see how it does. Same with smart connection same problems. So I separated them out. I selected the channel you recommended on both wireless 2.4 and 5g. Will update and see how it goes next day or so. Thanks

I changed the channel on 2.4ghz to channel 11 and it seems to be better. Still getting slowness with videos but less. The 5ghz is also better but I need to run more tests. It seems to behave good when only couple of devices are online but soon as the number of devices go up then the slowness starts. I will post another update after some more testing.
