Netgear Night Hawk RAX120 Connection Unstable when used in Pass Through with ATT BWG320-500 Gateway

I currently have the 5 Gig Fiber Speed with ATT, I have a RAX200 and purchased the RAX120 due to it has a 5 Gig port and larger CPU. My RAX200 keeps a stable connection however when I tried to set up the RAX120 the exact same settings as the RAX200 it fails to keep a stable connection via WiFi or hard wired. The speed is ridiculously slow on either the 2.4 or 5 GH bands. I only use the Night Hawk for WiFi only dont use any of the ports on the router.  I currently have a Multi Gig switch rated 10G/5G/2.5G/1000/100/10 on all 5 ports. I came out of the 5G port 1 on the Gateway and feed the switch, off the same switch I feed the Night Hawk and a Gaming Desktop so the Night Hawk and Gaming Desktop can access the 5 Gig from the Gateway. Using my samsung s10+ I can still only see speeds of 700 Down and 700 Up on the 5G Band. I have also used my desktop in wireless mode and see the same speeds. This is using the RAX200.
