Netgear Nighthawk Cable Modem WiFi Router Combo (C7800)
I just purchaed the Netgear Nighthawk Cable Modem WiFi Router Combo (C7800). After disconnecting the Xfinity box I was able to connect the Nighthawk and have it go online for internet.
My house is wired for cable and ethernet. When I plug the Nighthawk into the main cable and ethernet will that light up all of the other outlets and tvs can then be hardwired right into the cable outlet or does EVERY tv need a box?
Thanks in advance for answering what might be an obvious question. John

John,
without knowing what your isp has setup for your tv's its tough to give you an answer.
It might be good to check with you ISP as to what you'd need to get your services working with the tv's if you have tv service through them.
