Netgear RAX 43 cannot detect SanDisk Extreme 2TB SSD

Hatsukikeika_0-1671484666820.png

I have a AX4200 WiFi Router (RAX43) and I'm trying to have my SanDisk Portable SSD connect to it for ReadySHARE. I tried wait over 2mins, also tried restarting the router. The usb device is still not detected

Can someone help me on this?

I don't have other usb devices at the moment, this is the first time I use it.
I noticed the SSD is in exFAT format maybe that's the problem?
