I had that exact problem with firmware 70.
I specifically ran network cables for my Xbox because of the constant WiFi problems with the earlier firmware.
When I had LAN problems on 70 it was the final straw that made me stick it in the box.
My network connection would reset every 60s or so but had the same time server syncs in the logs.
I imagine this indicates the router is reseting but the support guys never gave me any feedback what was the cause..

Several older post suggested 52 or 56 was stable but I didn't try them.1.0.1.56 has been the most stable firmware for me thus far but because it is behind on security updates it logs excessive amounts of DoS attacks which slow down the router.
