New router netgear nighthawk rax50

Setup new router from my PC, keep asking for Netgear user/pw. I entered my Netgear userid/pw then error popup "Something is wrong. Try again". Keep trying still same error. Then it said continue to se...

did you do anything else beside disconnecting from the ISP? Still need ethernet connection between the router and pc, right? and login by IP address 192.168.1.1 or routerlogin.net or it doesn't matter?

NO just disconnected, FR, setup from scratch with wired PC, MS Edge browser, completed the setup.

I always using 192.168.1.1 here.
