Nighthawk AX4 AX3000 goes offline after about a month of use

Nighthawk AX4 AX3000 goes offline after about a month of use
I returned the first ax3000 and replaced it with a new one. Did the set up internet works for about a month then goes out. All lights are green but no connection. Luckily I have kept my old netgear g54 so I can at least have access. Is this unit just junk or do I need a degree in electronics to keep it working? I have no router knowledge at all. Anyone else have this kind of issue? If so is there a fix that I can do?
