Nighthawk App (Android)
The Nighthawk App version V2.4.1.721 for Android on AX120 lacks Parental Controls and Network Map features.
Ony have the following features on my device. Device manager, Internet speed, Wifi Analytics, WifFi Settings, Quest WiFi and Traffic Meter.

None of the Nighthawk AX routers does currently support parental controls (neither the legacy Live Parental Control [OpenDNS based] nor the "current" Circle offering).
While some YouTube marketing blush showed a network map, there isn't one [certainly not for many Nighthawk router models].

That's correct and reflects the features available on the current AX router model line. None of the Nighthawk AX routers does currently support parental controls (neither the legacy Live Parental Control [OpenDNS based] nor the "current" Circle offering).
Where have you spotted that the Nighthawk App on the tri-band AX12 is supposed to support a network map and parental controls?

Re: Nighthawk App (Android)
Which device do you own? Your footer says RAX200 but you refer to AX120 which is not a Netgear model number. RAX120?

The only RAX devices that claim to support parental controls of any sort are the RAX80 and RAX120.
But that is in the data sheet rather than the manuals.
And in those cases it seems to be the paid for "Circle with Disney".
Seems to be some mis-selling going on here.
Some people take the view that the RAX product line is one huge beta test on paying customers. Netgear has let these things out while they are still in development particularly when it comes to the Nighthawk app and firmware needed to support many features..
