Never noticed this before, but my ethernet's name and the wifi's name are not the same. Should this be the case??

Re: Nighthawk RAX30
Does that mean some other user has somehow accessed my computer or I've been hacked?? Do you know how to delete it? I've tried but haven't been able to. Thank you!!!!

Re: Nighthawk RAX30
Are you talking in windows?
if so then no. Windows names it when you first connect a device to it based on its own guidelines.
You can change it if you want in windows if it bothers you but it means changing the registry.

Re: Nighthawk RAX30
Maybe I need to be more clear, the 'name' is the same for both, but the numbers are not.

Re: Nighthawk RAX30
What exactly do you mean by this?
A screen snip of the issue you're having or a bit better description would help.
