Nighthawk RAXE290 and PlayStation
I’ve been using this router and my ps5 for about a year now via LAN. Today my ps5 gave me a “your internet service provided or your router might be preventing your pa5 from connecting to the internet” message.
Internet works, I have tested the internet on other devices. I tried restarting ps5 and router. Checked cables. Changed DNS settings.
Strangest part is, I can’t even reach PlayStation.com on any device when connected to the wifi. I can’t seem to find how PlayStation is being blocked from my network.
Any recommendations?

Re: Nighthawk RAXE290 and PlayStation
Sounds like something to contact Sony support about.
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

Re: Nighthawk RAXE290 and PlayStation
what modem/gateway is the RAXE connected to?
are you using armor or parental controls? have you checked them to see if they got enabled and are blocking it?
are you using IPv6?
Have you tried a different DNS provider?
Try a different DNS Server. Here's a few. Also remember to change the ipv6 dns server if ipv6 is enabled.
