Nighthawk RAXE300 router and VLAN tagging
Question to confirm what I've been experiencing with this router while trying to set it up with my centurylink fiber internet. I've scoured the forums for almost a week and half and found a lot of posts on this subject and think I have a pretty firm grasp on what is required to make this router work with centurylink. I noticed while trying to set up the VLAN tagging that the WAN port that is chosen for internet is never a listed option when I go to set this up. I just now noticed it because I thought that when you picked port 5 on this router it was activating the tagging on both but finally noticed that if I'm plugged into the 2.5G WAN port it will list the 1G WAN port and vice versa. Am I missing something here or am I correct to assume that this particular router does not allow you to tag the WAN that is actually being used for internet?

Re: Nighthawk RAXE300 router and VLAN tagging
Already been through all these posts. Come to the conclusion that this router doesn’t allow vlan tagging of the specified WAN for internet usage. Appreciate the response though.
