I can no longer connect to the 2.4 GHz network. The 5g is working fine. I have firmware version V1.0.3.62_1.0.1. From my understanding this is the current version. The light on the router shows green for both networks. I have tried unsuccessfully to connect multiple devices to the 2.4 ghz.
How do I get the network back up?
Channel set to 11 (I have tried a couple others as well)

Thanks. The 2.4 GHz light was on. I ended up doing a factory reset. That solved the problem.

Re: Nighthawk ax4 RAX35 2.4 GHz not working
Hello Td17,
May you confirm the 2.4GHz LED light status on the router. You may try rebooting or factory resetting the router to see if there are any improvements.
Thanks,
Christian
