Packet Loss
About a month ago I started getting packet loss, and have narrowed it down to my router. If I hook up up my computer straight to the ethernet port in my apartment I get 0% packet loss, but when I use the router I get 4-12% packet loss depending on time of day.
I'm using Windows, my current firmware version is 1.0.2.64, and I've been using packetlosstest.com to test it.
Any help would be appreciated, I'm at a loss currently.

Re: Packet Loss
You have posted your message in the section of this community given over to Cable Modems, Routers and DSL Modems. (This is easily done, given Netgear's impenetrable community structure.)
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers about your hardware, in the appropriate section for your RAX200. That's probably here:
Nighthawk Routers with WiFi 6 (AX) - NETGEAR Communities
No need to repost there, unless you want to – that will just clutter up the place with duplicated messages – but you might find advice related to your hardware.
I have asked the Netgear moderator to move your message.
