QOS on RAXE500 with LACP limited to 1000 Mbps

It appears that the QOS upload bandwidth is limited to 1000 Mbps. My current connection is 1400Mbps and I can access that speed through two link aggregated ethernet connections. Due to this limitation QOS limits the connection to 1000 Mbps making it pointless to use aggregation and QOS at the same time. For now I have disabled QOS and I can get full speed but now the rest of my network is competing equally for bandwidth.
Can someone verify this and then maybe we can get some support interest and have the QOS limit raised to 2000 Mbps, the physical limit of the hardware.
Thanks,
Giles
