QoS on RAXE500 causes network dropouts

Why are you using QoS?
As the title said using a RAXE500 with QoS and downloading applications causes the network to that device drop out.The speeds you quote – if they are what your ISP delivers – are well above the levels of around ~200 Mbps where QoS is useful.
If anything QoS could slow you down as the router's processors does its stuff.
QoS is for old services where you had to fight to get games to run fast enough.
Have your turned it off to see if the problem goes away?

Yeah that looks like it sorts the issue.
I assumed QoS was good to have on.
Its new to me but this seems to be the fix.

The label doesn't help. Who wouldn't want "quality"?
But, as you found, that isn't always what you get.
"Turn of QoS" is a regular refrain around here.
