R6700AX can't connect to Internet
My router model is R6700AX. I received it on April 27th and it was full new.
I set my R6700AX "block all new devices" yesterday. However, I can log in the router, but it can't connect to internet any more.
I checked the connection status, it kept showing "detecting".
Even though I set "Allow all new devices" back. It still has the same issue.
My previous Netgear router has the same issue, too.
I tried to restart and reset to "factory setting". The solution was not resolved, yet.
Can anyone help me?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
After you factory reset and setup from scratch, are you using the Nighthawk model app or wired PC and web browser to setup the router? Wired PC and web browser is recommended to setup from factory reset.
Might try this with the router disconnected from the modem then once setup, connect back to the ISP modem.

It had been fine since I bought and receive the router until yesterday.
Firmware version is 1.0.14.134.
I only use wired PC with web browser for setting up the router.
I do everything, and it doesn't work properly any more, same issue as my previous Netgear router.
