Re: RAX blocking emails
Is it only happening on your phone? Or does it happen on pc/laptops?
What device is it?
If its an ios device, try disabling icloud relay and private mac/ip address.

Re: RAX blocking emails
Can this option has something to do with the problem?
Enable AX - This WiFi mode will enable AX features such as OFDMA

Re: RAX blocking emails
When I click on the warning icon beside the account name in mail I have this message:
Connections to the server on the default ports timed out.

Re: RAX blocking emails
AX shouldn't block a specific program.
Do you have IPv6 enabled on the router?
Are you using armor?

Re: RAX blocking emails
I don't know where to find about the IPv6, no Armor active in the router.

How are you getting at email?
A browser? (Which one?)
An email client? (Which one?)
If this is the modem:
SB8200 SURFboard® DOCSIS® 3.1 Cable Modem
that shouldn't be an issue. No router bit to get in the way.
You said earlier:

and later you said:

It isn't easy to see how these could both be the case.
You referred to "phone hotspot". What's that?
All of the stuff with problems seems to be Apple, well known to be rotten to the core, or at least hard to figure out.
There's a lot of stuff going on there. It isn't easy to track it back to the source. For example, it could even be something messing around at your Internet service provider.

I use mail from apple.

The hotspot from th iphone can give conection to internet to other devices, when I switch off the wifi on the phone mail works perfectly, if I disconect the wifi on Macbook and connect to the hotspot (that means is using the cellular data of the iphone) is also working perfectly, that why I suspect is the router creating the problem.
Maybe I need to contact the mail provider company.
