RAX10 internet issues
Hi all,
My netgear is unable to connect to my optus NBN after I had a storm last night. I have confirmed NBN itself is working.
How can I address this please

Re: RAX10 internet issues
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

How does NBN deliver the Internet to you? What modem/ONT/gateway? Is that still working?
Storms are an excellent source of electrical spikes that can kill electronic kit. No amount of protection will protect your stuff from a short sharp voltage spike.
Troubleshoot starting at the plug in the wall.

Good luck there.
Warranty support isn't likely to cover storm damage.
Support here costs nothing, but you do have to provide a few more details and try some simple tests.
You may have to go through those hoops to persuade Netgear to issue an RMA.
