RAX120 FIRMWARE CHECK ERROR
Nighthawk app in iOS, iPhone X, latest versions of everything.
Hi, when I check for updates in the app, it always says "Firmware Check Error...There was a problem checking firmware update" and I can only "Skip". Tapping "Try Again" produces the same result.
The current FW version is what it came with, V1.2.1.22.
Is this a known issue? Thanks.

Re: RAX120 FIRMWARE CHECK ERROR
you can download it and install it manually.
Nighthawk RAX120 | WiFi 6 Router | NETGEAR Support
The manual goes over manual firmware update.

Re: RAX120 FIRMWARE CHECK ERROR
Ok, will try that if there's an issue that requries it immediately.
Anyone know what's going on with the automated updated from the app? Is something busted on Netgear's side?

Re: RAX120 FIRMWARE CHECK ERROR
Not sure but I've never trusted the automated update process. Usually when we see corrupt firmware issues, it tends to be either when it was done automatically, when it was done via wifi, or when it was done using the app.
