RAX15 Setup procedure without Nighthawk app

Question 1.  Is there a procedure for installing the router without the use of the Nighthawk app?

Question 2.  I note that there is no RAX15 listed in the draw-down menu for the Model (Recommended - Helps the community give the best answers) line.  The back of my brand new router (received today Sept 2, 2020) clearly shows:

AX1800 WiFi Router

Model: RAX15
