I have this problem also.
And it is causing a problem with me using online services. For some streaming providers, it thinks Im in a different time zone.
For one other product I PAY for online, it will not let me access the site because it thinks I am out of the country.
This is a big problem!
This only started happening when I upgraded my firmware.
Even the latest version today (11/5) does not fix this.
Help!

I have the exact same problem with saving time zone and NTP settings on my RAX200, using firmware V1.0.3.102_1.0.56. It also seems to be messing up my schedule to block certain devices (probably because the router doesn't have the timezone correct). However, I'm also on Pacific time (-8) and getting the Int'l West (-12), so it should only be 4 hours off, but my 21:30 shutoff time seems to kick in at 13:30 instead, so it operates as if it's off by 8 hours. I don't know what's going on, but this is a seriously expensive router to have such basic problems. Really disappointing.
