RAX200 behind bgw210-700
I currently have my RAX200 in my loft (most central room in house) and it’s performing awesome.
Thing is, I can’t fit it in my closet where the bgw is and I wouldn’t want to- I love how much range and speed it has out in the open.
So what I’ve done is enabled ip pass through on the BGW and bound it to the RAX and disabled all the BGWs firewall options.
This allows my RAX to handle all the routing from wireless clients and the wired clients connected to the RAX nearby.
What I’m worried about is the things in other rooms hardwired to the BGW.
Those devices (like my EAX80 in AP mode) have a 192 address, so I assume they are safe, but since I’ve turned off all the firewalling in the BGW, should I worry?
Sorry for my ignorance

Re: RAX200 behind bgw210-700
Bgw210-700 has no true bridge mode sorry didn’t include that.
Ip pass through is the closest thing us ATT users get.
Don’t want to DMZ to complicated and I don’t understand it much
