On the unit not working, if you can log into it, try downgrading the firmware a version.
Yes, thanks. I was able to download a previous version (RAX35-V1.0.3.94_1.0.1) and finally re-connect to the internet (jeez).
Now to see if I can reset the SSIDs and passwords without issue and get back to work!
