RAX48 - Air Play Freezes
Airplay from my iPad to a Windows 10 laptop freezes. Laptop is wire connected and iPad on wifi.
Support had me adjust channels from Auto to 11 and it made things worse.
Have about 20 devices no issues just this Air Play problem. It works on the old router.

Is the ipad connected to the 2.4ghz or the 5ghz?
What modem/gateway do you have?
what firmware is on the router?

Re: RAX48 - Air Play Freezes
For you future needs, Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the NightHawk RAX WiFi 6 Router products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with NH router products and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Please use this link to the main forum product list to review and choose where to make your posts.

Re: RAX48 - Air Play Freezes
The RAX devices firmware has been changing significantly.
Have you tried downgrading a version, then do a factory reset/reinstall.
Then disable auto updates.
See if maybe its the newer firmware causing the issue
