RAX50 Account Sign In Page not working
When attempting to login to the router (not on the app) but via attached computer I enter router login credentials and then get directed to a netgear login page that is not working. I enter my netgear login credentials and get a message "something went wrong, try again". Cannot access my router. Very frustrating. How do i shut off this redirect or make it work properly?

Re: RAX50 Account Sign In Page not working
After I log into the router, I get a Netgear account required page. When I login to the Netgear page, I keep getting "something went wrong. Try again" message.

What FW version is loaded on the Router?
Try reverting back to prior FW version after doing a factory reset and setup from scratch with the router not connected to the ISP modem/ONT.

You might downgrade FW on your router if you have same model router:
