RAX70 cannot connect get an internet connection

Hi all. I recently purchased an Nighthawk AX8 AX6600 RAX70 and ran the app but it cannot connect to the internet.

I've rebooted the NBN modem and the router but no luck. I've reset the Nighthawk router but still no go.   

My previous router connects to the internet no trouble. 

Any suggestions as I'm on day 4 and pulling my hair out!

What is that NBN modem?

What actually happens? I fear that "no go" offers little diagnostic information. What re you doing and where dies it go wrong?
