RAX70 wi fi has 470 download 23.upload , but when connect to CAT 6 cable 91 download tried 2 devices

Purchased July 2020 started Okay, now computer gaming was having problems so connected TV to the same CAT 6 plug in and got 91 down load speed, unpluged TV and went wireless and have 472 download speed.  Changed cable same result.

Any suggestions?

most tv's are only 10/100mbps connections.

have you tried the speedtest with a computer thats gigabit rated?

Yes, Netgear said they could make 1 off 4 Ethernet provide higher download to a computer but advertise 30 devises overall. They had us change 1500 setting to 1492 and no help. Worst tech support ever. Need Apple to enter market of routers. How can Ethernet plugs not provide same down load speed as tri band wireless 5G or 2G???

The router supports up to 32 devices per wireless band. wired you can have  even more. They had us change 1500 setting to 1492 and no help.--that'd be changing mtu. Worst tech support ever.
