I bought a RAX80 router which is made in Vietnam, and there is no fan inside, It manfactured in 2020 June.
Just want to make sure that do Netgear remove the fan from New RAX80?
Thanks.

WenLu:
I asked the same question last month, was also told it has a fan, and was told to return it as defective if no fan. The device was purchased in July and was made in Vietnam.
I returned it, got a replacement, and exactly like the first unit, it too does not appear to have a fan.
From that I have now assumed that 1) either the fan is no longer placed right under the top grill, is really small and is out of sight within the unit, and NEVER runs, or, 2) there has been a design change and there is no fan.
I have had no hardware-related issues with the device, so I'm sticking with it.
Cheers.
