RAXE500 not allowing HP laptop connect to 5ghz
Router: RAXE500
Laptop: HP 17z-ca200
Hey all. I have a HP laptop with an AC adapter in it that is capable for the 5ghz band. I just installed my RAXE500 and for some reason my laptop won't stay connected to the 5ghz band. It will connect for about a couple minutes and then as soon as I click on google chrome it disconnects. It states that the security between the laptop and the router isn't correct and to have the router settings corrected. All the other devices in the house work perfectly fine all connectivity is solid. Any ideas or suggestions of what I can do? Thanks in advance!

Re: RAXE500 not allowing HP laptop connect to 5ghz
What security are you using? WPA2, WPA3, mixed mode (wpa2 & wpa3)
What firmware is on the router?
What actual wireless card is in the laptop?
What driver version is the laptop wireless card running?
