Rax20 readyshare problems
Ready share USB connection has vanished on a RAX 20 router.
Windows 10 home notebook PC.
Web browser control says "status, no usb drive." USB drive is plugged into the router.
Windows 10 network discovery is turned on.
Router has been power cycled and firmware has been updated.
Notebook PC has been power cycled.
Credential changes make no difference.
On attempt to map network drive, error message: "Windows cannot access \\READYSHARE\USB Storage. Error code: 0x80070035, the network path was not found."

Solution was a paper clip used to perform a factory reset on the router. After the reset, all worked as it should.
Also, checked the USB drive in the router and found it had died. Dead drive has been replaced.
