It's connected directly to the nbn modem and firmware is v1.0.2.82
What nbn modem?
NBN is australia's national broadband network.

- I understand this but my nighthawk is connected directly to The nbn modem (white box on the wall) which does not specify a brand just nbnco so what ever brand modem is supplied by nbn (I'm not sure if you understand the white box on the wall is a modem and all moden/routers supplied by ISP or purchased by the consumer for nbn are setup as a router and not an actual modem as it would be for adsl)
