IPv6 was off by default. Turning it on the first time was the only time I was able to access the site normally and it was temporary. I only got a week or two of access though. Still, I tried disabling, nothing. Turned it back on, nothing. I also tried doing Google's public IPv6 DNS and that didn't work
I did a factory reset where I unplugged the adapters for a half hour. I've already done literally everything in your post and even put that in the op. I imagine doing it a second time will do nothing but frustrate me more since I've had to relog EVERYTHING back into the wifi after making sure I cleared their connections first. Not doing it again
Status is good
logs literally doesn't log anything when I try to access the website, I have looked before. Just posts some things about random dos attacks every so often. It's currently blank though even after attempting to reach the site repeatedly

So if you power OFF the cable modem, disconnect the RAX router, connect one wired PC to the back of the modem and power it ON, can you access this one site then?
