Smart devices won’t connect

My smart thermostat and Amazon echo both connect fine to my old router but won’t connect to this CAX30. I am using 2.4ghz with different names for both. Everything that isn’t a smart home device can connect. I am out of ideas for things to try.

You'll have to reset the devices so they forget the previous connection and set them up again from scratch

What happens when you try to connect the devices? Any error messages?
