I cannot get my new AX1800 router to connect to the internet through Starlink. I have plugged and unplugged it all. Still no internet. Any suggestions before I return the router? Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your help. I got it to work by bypassing the Starlink Router. LOL - this is not for the inexperienced and faint-hearted! 🙂

Re: Starlink & AX1800 WiFi 6 Router
They've got more than 1.
Plus if you're cascading routers, you're in a double nat.
Try putting the netgear in access point mode and then connecting it to the starlink router.

Re: Starlink & AX1800 WiFi 6 Router
I don't know how to put the netgear router in access point mode...and I can't get in the app - it's stuck on setup mode because of no internet connection.

Re: Starlink & AX1800 WiFi 6 Router
Either way glad you got it working!
Starlink does make it a bit of challenge as they're wanting to control the whole process.
You might mark it solved so others aren't trying to fix it still.

Re: Starlink & AX1800 WiFi 6 Router
I ended up returning it...nothing I tried would make it work.
I am now using a TP-Link router and it's working fine for what I needed.
