Start A New Discussion -> RAX48 exists! or does it?

Why when I Start A New Discussion (Here in this forum)

under

Model (Recommended - Helps the community give the best answers)

Can't I put

RAX48

AX5200

or anything like my router name.

On this page I see

Model / Version: RAX48

https://www.netgear.com/support/product/rax48.aspx

It says Please verify that the model # and or/category are correct.

What should I put there? Dual Band?

Model: Dual Band

the forums don't always get updated with all the offshoots of models. It can make it a challenge.

Did you have issues or something we can help with?

Current setup: CM2000-> RBKE963B-> Trendnet TEG-S380-> GS716T-> pi-hole
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80

Re: Start A New Discussion -> RAX48 exists! or does it?

Sure I've posted a bunch of questions here. Posted one just before this. It's just everytime I come in here, that Model thing acts like it doesn't exist. I think maybe it should just be a free form text field if it to many models exist to make it work correctly. It's confusing enough with RAX48 AX5200, etc.
