Unable to remotely download vpn client files from Nighthawk RAX75

From outside, remotly access my Nighthawk rax75 router. After login, then go to Advanced->Advanced Setup->VPN Services, click "For Windows" to download configuration files, it always pop up message box ask for username and password. After enter username and password, message box pop up again and again. Never be able to download client configuration files. Is it a safty feature to prevent files being downloaded remotely? Or Did I miss a setting somewhere? Or a software bug?
