Unable to see 5ghz network
I'm unable to view the 5ghz network that I've setup on my RAX45. I have the 5ghz network setup with a different name than the 2.4ghz one and I do not have Smnart Connect on. I also have SSID broadcast enabled for the 5 ghz network. When I view available networks on my laptop or phone, my 5ghz network is not listed. Any ideas as to why?

Are you sure that these devices are 5 GHz capable? They won't see it if they can't use it? Do they work on 5 GHz anywhere else?
Is the RAX40 set to broadcast all SSIDs?
If you visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
you can feed in your model number and find the documentation for your hardware.
