VPN client on RAX80 RAX120 RAX40
These are supposed to be state of the art devices. Then why is there no Client VPN available? I have to use 3rd party software like DDWRT to get client based log in for VPN? Its almost 2020 Netgear. Entire households want to go through a VPN sometimes.
These devices don't even have secure https logins....cmon. Give me a break

Hello CyberTri,
The AX routers currently support OpenVPN: https://kb.netgear.com/29783/How-do-I-use-VPN-service-on-my-Nighthawk-router-with-my-Android-device
However, if you would like to see additional features implemented, I would recommend posting your idea on our Idea Exchange Board for new ideas to possibly be added in the future.

I have to suggest Netgear encrypts access to the UI via https? That's not standard in EVERY existing device on Earth?
And client side VPN on a $400 router isn't an option?
Netgear knows these things. No one needs to tell them.
