It isn't easy to understand this. Not enough detail.
We need proper descriptions not "telegrams".
You are using the RAX45? (Nighthawk AVX AX4300 isn't a model number.)
Run 5Ghz tests on what?
What are you using to watch YouTube.
What firmware version do you have on the device?
A number is more useful than "the latest". There may be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.
If there is one it might also help if you told people the make and model number of the modem/gateway/ONT that sits between this router and the Internet. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?
I ask because a lot of people turn up here trying to put a router behind a modem that is also a router. That can complicate troubleshooting.

Where does streaming come into the picture?

Okay let me try to be more clear
I have Verizon Fios into my house directly into a Netgear Nighthawk AX430 RAX45
I have tried eithernet direct to TV (Samsung newer model) from Nighthawk and 5g and in either case I get constant pauses
Firmware says up to date Firmware Version V1.0.12.120_2.0.83

Firmware says up to date Firmware Version V1.0.12.120_2.0.83You still have work to do. The RAX45 does not have a direct fiber input connection.
Between the end of the fiber connection and the RAX45 is a device known as an Optical Network Terminal (ONT).
What is the brand name and model number of your ONT? Look on the label.
Knowing the model number of your ONT will allow assistance in configuring your RAX45.

Not really.
I probably piled on too may questions. As Kitsap says, one of the questions you haven't answered is the connection to the Internet.
Let's keep it simple and ask one question at a time.
If there is one it might also help if you told people the make and model number of the modem/gateway/ONT that sits between this router and the Internet. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?

Firmware says up to date Firmware Version V1.0.12.120_2.0.83Sort of up to date, but it might be a good idea to check this:
RAX45 Firmware Version 1.0.15.128 - Hot Fix - NETGEAR SupportWe may need answers to the other questions, and some that I have not thought of, but lets start with those basics.
