WAC740: Not reachable by the controller WC7500

Hi,

My access point WAC740 is not reachable by my controller WC7500. For example, I cannot reboot it.

In fact, I managed to link it to teh WC7500 and it worked (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) but suddenly, after around 2 nights, no WIFI connection anymore and during my investigations I realised that the WC7500 does not see it anymore.

Currently, all led lights are green except those corresponding teh local networks 1 & 2 which are switched off. Any idea ?

Neither of these is a Nighthawk Routers with WiFi 6 (AX).

You might get better and quicker replies, and find other answers, over in the appropriate section for your device. That's probably one of these:
